Doug MacInnes is the owner of FMB Growth Strategies, which focuses on helping clients grow their business, and is now working with Guidehouse, a global consulting company. A renowned financial services industry veteran, Doug brings his years of experience to our Board and continues to help us grow.

Doug is a former Senior Financial Executive with experience at Global and Regional Banks. During his career, Doug has managed both domestic and international business development teams that focused on selling structured product and public finance services. He has also managed Corporate Finance and Public Finance Groups and has a credit and audit background. Doug's understanding of complex financial structures and transactions compliments his innovative and problem-solving skills.

Doug graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating on Finance and Economics. In addition, he attended Monmouth University and participated in advanced law and accounting classes.

Doug's hobbies include outdoor activities, biking, reading (history, science, and technology), and helping others.
