Mary Kinney is an industry veteran and advisor with over 30 years of federal government and private sector experience managing large, diverse organizations, with an emphasis on and success in driving transformational change.

Mary formerly served as the Executive Vice President of Ginnie Mae and the Chief Operating Officer of the corporation. As Executive Vice President, Kinney directed Ginnie Mae's $1.6 trillion Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit (REMIC) programs. Kinney's career spanned the secondary mortgage market/MBS business, housing finance, affordable housing, and commercial real estate activities. Prior to her work at Ginnie Mae, she was the Vice President of Enterprise Data Warehouse Operations at Fannie Mae, where she designed, developed, and managed technology infrastructure to support MBS data collection and analysis for a $3 trillion portfolio.
