As Vice President of Business Solutions, Melissa's primary role for Clarifire is to work with our clients and potential clients. She delivers an overall optimal CLARIFIRE^® process solution that solves their unique challenges. Melissa is a process automation and CLARIFIRE^® expert. She is a key executive that blends her expert knowledge of CLARIFIRE^® and business process automation with modern technological advancements to deliver the best-in-class results.

Melissa began with Clarifire at its inception and continues to focus on anticipating industry trends and listening to our clients. She ensures solution designs are with the client's utmost convenience in mind to promote usability and adoption for the continuous delivery of the CLARIFIRE^® application.

Melissa's innovative approach to optimization of processes leveraging the CLARIFIRE^® application helps our customers reach remarkable successes. She is a critical part of customer implementations. She provides ongoing subject matter expertise steeped deep in how processes transform with CLARIFIRE^®.

Melissa holds an Economics degree from Eckerd College and a certificate in client-server programming from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She worked as a developer at Mason Law before helping with the early development and delivery of CLARIFIRE^®.

Melissa enjoys watching her favorite sports and outdoor activities with her family or running after her young son when she is not working.
