HUGH MURPHY

Director of IT Operations

As Director of the IT Department, Hugh manages the teams that keep up with all the latest technology systems, solutions, and services. Hugh takes pride in his team delivering Clarifire clients top-performing secure automation and customer service. They are responsible for designing, monitoring, and servicing the Clarifire IT Private Cloud infrastructure for the CLARIFIRE^® SaaS application. The SMC (systems management center) operates 24/7 and is proud to protect our robust uptimes. He actively participates in and protects our internal SOC 2 Type 2 policies and processes.

Hugh served our country in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician. He joined Clarifire from FIS years ago with decades of designing, building, and supporting secure and compliant enterprise IT data centers, server infrastructures, and implemented policies.

Hugh enjoys drawing still images and getting out on the water to fish the flats off Florida's west coast in his spare time.
