VP of Business Development

As Vice President of business development, Lauren brings an extensive background in client relations, emphasizing innovative technology to deliver client satisfaction and organizational value. At Bears Stearns, she worked with high-profile Asset Managers utilizing real-time technologies when web-based technologies were in their infant stages. At HCA Healthcare, she managed implementations of enterprise-wide applications.

Lauren is a seasoned Clarifire Executive and CLARIFIRE^® expert. She has been with the company since the beginning. Through many years at Clarifire, Lauren has overseen the Fannie Mae client relationship and led multiple teams to innovate and deliver national programs during the Great Recession housing crisis. By pioneering our team, many process automation initiatives and loss mitigation underwriting remain entrenched in the industry to this day.

Today, she continues to guide our clients as we leverage technology to stay ahead of the demand through natural disasters and the National Pandemic. She provides comfort to our clients and to our new potential clients, specializing in guiding them through the change management process and optimizing their use of the CLARIFIRE^® application.

A graduate of Emory University with a degree in Industrial Psychology, Lauren received her master’s degree in Innovative Management from the John Sykes School of Business at the University of Tampa. She currently sits on the Board of Fellows committee at the University of Tampa. She is a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association, the National Association of Professional Women, and the Skip Cline Society.

Lauren enjoys practicing yoga in her spare time and spending quality time with her two Dachshunds and her family outside the office.
