VP of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Pam focuses on goals that positively affect what we deliver to our clients. Pam builds a culture of motivation and career opportunities for team members and influences the bottom line by improving operational efficiencies with customer and employee engagement. Pam is part of executive strategic planning with the Board of Advisors and other corporate executives. She is a financial industry expert along with being a CLARIFIRE® expert.

Pam joined the Clarifire team in 2011 and brought with her more than 20 years of experience and strong technical and communication skills in client relationship management, software/hardware analysis and implementations, business operations, information technology, client transitions, education/curriculum development, systems integration, and technical project management at large-scale organizations. She leverages effective leadership skills to manage projects. Pam drives changes by gaining consensus across multifunctional groups that guide top-level decision-making and satisfies corporate objectives.

Pam's role began as a program manager at Clarifire. For several years, Pam led the Client Delivery team, building relationships and creating new opportunities that led to our customers' long-term solutions and successes. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Computer Science.

Pam enjoys time with her husband and pets, kayaking, cruising, and photography in her spare time.
